Definitions: "we, our, us" refers to Palmy Chicks; "you" refers to our members and anyone accessing our website; "website" refers to our website www.palmychicks.co.nz; "linked sites" refers to links to any third-party materials. These general terms and conditions of use apply to you. By viewing and using our website, you will be deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions of use and the Privacy Policy without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then you must stop accessing and using our website and cancel your membership.

Copyright and Limited Reproduction Notices
All contents on our website or other materials are the copyright of us or our suppliers. No part of our website or other material may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose. No part of our website may be reproduced, transmitted or stored (including in any other website or other electronic form) except that you may print, or download to your hard drive, extracts from the website only for your own personal or internal business use.

Responsible alcohol consumption
We promote responsible drinking. For guidelines that may help you decide whether the amount you drink is safe for your particular situation, please refer to the Alcohol Advisory Council of New Zealand (ALAC)'s website here.

Membership
To become a Palmy Chicks member, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Join Us form, and pay the membership fee within 10 working days (this fee is not refundable should you choose to cancel your membership at any time). We reserve the right to reject any application.

Merchandise
Payment for merchandise orders is due within 7 days from placing the order, except for our Wicked Wednesday specials. If payment is not made within 7 days, we may be unable to hold the stock for you.

Wicked Wednesdays
Payment for our Wicked Wednesday specials is due within 2 days from the date of the offer. If payment is not made within 2 days, we may be unable to hold the stock for you. The offer is valid for one day only. Orders must be received by 5pm on the day of offer.

Refunds
Events/activities: If you have paid for an event or activity and cancel up to 3 days prior, you will receive a 70% refund. For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to an event or activity, you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to an event or activity. Refunds will not be given on any event or activity after it has occurred. Where an event or activity is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Advertisers: Refunds on ads may only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Palmy Chicks.
Merchandise: If you receive a faulty garment please notify us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange or credit for the cost of the garment.

Events and activities
Any person who participates in one of our events or activities agrees to comply with the rules of the event or activity, venue and/or venue operator. You agree that any information supplied or photographs/video taken may be used by us or any associated sponsors for legitimate and reasonable purposes.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of GST except where stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all responsibility and liability in relation to our website and we will not be responsible for errors, omissions or misstatements or be liable for any loss or damage however caused. We reserve the right to change the information on our website at any time.

Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use and the Privacy Policy at any time. By continuing to access our website, and or continuing your membership with us, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our products and services, the violation of these terms and conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber or user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Law
We are a New Zealand business, therefore the laws of New Zealand apply and users submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Palmy Chicks Privacy Policy
By submitting your details you will be deemed to agree to this privacy policy.

Failure to provide necessary personal information when requested may result in certain information not being sent to you. The personal information you provide will be used to keep you informed about our events and activities, as well as special emails and other information. If you choose to share your information, your name and email address will be published in the password protected area of our website, only accessible to other members.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be held by us. You have rights as an individual to access and correct your personal information that we hold. You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to email@palmychicks.co.nz with CANCEL MEMBERSHIP in the subject line.
